How long does delivery take?
Standard (surface): 3–4 business days to Tier 1–2 cities and 5–7 business days to Tier 3 and remote areas. Express (Air) is available to eligible cities and has no fixed delivery date. You get a tracking link once your parcel ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose COD at checkout, or part-paid COD where you pay a small advance online and the rest to the courier.
Do products come with a Certificate of Analysis?
Every product page states its HPLC purity, and we share the COA for your batch on request. See Lab Results.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards and net banking through Cashfree, or cash on delivery. We never ask for card or UPI PINs over chat.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order in the menu, or the link in your confirmation email.
Can I return a product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.
