On receipt
Inspect the outer package, temperature protection, vial seal, label, and lot information before placing the material into controlled storage. Photograph damage or discrepancies before opening.
Lyophilised material
Follow the product-specific storage temperature printed on the label and Certificate of Analysis. Keep vials dry, protected from light, and avoid repeated temperature cycling.
After approved reconstitution
Record the diluent, date, concentration, operator, and storage location in the laboratory record. Use the laboratory's validated stability and handling procedure rather than an internet dosing schedule.
